Since leaving his successful corporate career , spanning some 40 years and based in Adelaide followed by Sydney and Melbourne, Bob commenced the DNA consultancy in 2008 and managed in several asset sales. One such transaction was leading the asset sale team for a sector leading plumbing and bathroom supplies wholesaler with 19 branches across 2 States and which resulted in a successful sales to a Top 150 ASX listed Australian Company.
Another transaction managed by us was the sale of a leading cancer treatment facility and day hospital in which the Principal represented the vendor and negotiated the sale to an international operator of cancer facilities with an excellent outcome for both parties.
His work as Chair of an Adelaide based Info Tech service provider has also involved Bob in several smaller "bolt-on" acquisitions which together with a powerful organic growth strategy have brought exponential growth and to a point where they are a leader in "Tier 2" of IT Managed Services providers.
Bob continues to serve on the Boards of several companies involved in the sectors of health, Info Tech, medical specialist and day hospital facilities whilst also providing his services on a pro-bono basis to South Australia's leading disability care provider where he sits or Chairs currently , or past, on Board Committees of Audit & Risk, Nominations Remuneration & Governance, Commercial Enterprises. During his Board tenure this organisation has embarked on major strategic initiatives designed to deliver financial sustainability and gold standard accommodation and care for decades to come.
